The following letter is an introduction on behalf of Mobile Classroom Solutions, Incorporated. My name is Jennifer M. Palmer, and I am the Founder and President.

I have been serving children with special needs in Polk County for nearly 10 years. My first opportunity to serve children took place in Chicago, Illinois, in 1997. In total, I have served children in educational settings for nearly 25 years.

Over my career, I have helped hundreds of children with gifted and special needs in classroom, home, residential and public settings. I have provided behavior therapy services combined with discrete trial teachings and communication devices to achieve success in learners with limited vocabulary. I have embedded positive behavior modification into the instruction of all learners to transform students’ views about learning, improve their confidence amongst peers, and provide students with strategies to promote optimal independence in educational and vocational settings.

Mobile Classroom Solutions, Incorporated, founded in 2021, is a fully-licensed, educational consulting company that provides specialized products and services for all types of learners. In addition to having access to traditional and computer-based curriculum, students are provided with positive behavior supports to enhance their perceptions about learning and in particular, literacy development.

My company offers Specialized Education, Educational Consulting, In Person and Online Tutoring, E-Coaching & Virtual School Assistance, Homeschooling, Adult Program Classes & Activities, IEP Advocacy, Test Preparation and more. We are growing to address the needs of the educational and vocational goals of our clients!
