Jennifer M. Palmer
B.S. Psychology

Founder & President

Jennifer M Palmer graduated from Bradley University in 2008, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Psychology. During this time, she was introduced to behavior modification for nontypical learners. While completing her graduate studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Jennifer gave birth to her beautiful son, Jaiden. Jennifer has worked as a teacher and a behavior specialist in Polk County for nearly ten years. She feels very passionate about providing persons with disabilities with high quality instruction and resources and believes that everyone deserves to be recognized for their innate abilities. Miss Palmer obtained her Florida Teacher Certification from Polk County in 2017, and worked for Polk County Schools for nearly 5 years before founding MCS. She developed a unique approach to learning with respect to the growing needs of populations that require diverse, non-traditional classroom settings. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys art, music, traveling, serving in her Sorority, and showing her son the world! She also currently serves as the Advisory Board Chairman for MCS.

Amber Kuzma

Amber is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that has worked in the field of human services for nearly 20 years across the Midwest and Florida. She obtained her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis & Therapy from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2011. Amber has worked with a wide range of populations providing positive behavior modification. She has a special passion for persons with disabilities, personally and professionally, and has served Mobile Classroom Solutions, Incorporated since its inception in January 2021. Amber also has experience with animal therapy. In her spare time, Amber enjoys art, reading, and spending time with her family, her dogs, and her exotic pet collection.

Jacqueline Palmer

Curriculum & Instruction & Ed. Leadership

Jacqueline Palmer obtained her masters’ degrees from the University of Illinois in Curriculum and Instruction(2015) and Educational Organization & Leadership (2019). She currently is employed as an instructional coach for the Shaker Heights District of Ohio. Jacqueline has worked in the field of education for over 15 years. She brings her expertise and knowledge regarding lesson plan ideas, differentiation strategies, knowledge of curricula and standards, building relationships, working with parents, and conducting professional development opportunities. Her experience in working with inclusion educational settings incited her passion in helping students with disabilities. In her spare time, Jacque enjoys playing video games, singing, and completing word puzzles.

Tonya Akwetey

Founding Advisory Board Member

The Bill & Melinda Gates Scholar, Tonya Akwetey, is the Community Outreach Manager for Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands & Polk Counties, Inc., a non-profit organization working to improve maternal and child health in her community. Her work includes community-wide education, coordinating prevention services, helping reduce barriers, investigating and analyzing the data, and increasing access to care for the entire family. As the Community Outreach Manager, Tonya enjoys training, educating, engaging, mentoring, and empowering everyone she meets! Moreover, she is a co-founder of Melanin Families Matter, a non-profit organization focusing on African American maternal and infant mortality rates in Polk County. Her greatest joy is being a mommy to Emmanuel and Emily! In her free time, she enjoys reading books, traveling to new locations, meeting new people, and is currently pursuing a doctoral program.

Lester A. Shevon Antione

Lester A. Shevon Antione is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Class of 2008, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and TV Production and completed minor studies in digital media. He currently works as a network administrator for Valencia College Orlando, and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Antione de Beauregard Enterprises, Inc. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, international travel, and finding out new ways to grow his financial portfolio.

Amy Adler

Advisory Board Member

Amy Adler, DVM, is a graduate of Cornell University for both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees, completed in 1992. She currently works as a veterinarian and has lived in Polk County for nearly 10 years. As the mother of a young adult with special needs, Amy has a unique perspective and is very passionate about optimizing services available in Central Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her two and four-legged family members, and spending time at the beach.
